Set Homepage for All Users in Windows 7

Click Start > Run

Type gpedit.msc

Under User configuration Click and Expand Windows Settings > Expand Internet Explorer Maintenance > Click on URLs.

On the Right-hand Panel,Double-click on Important URLs.

Give a tick for Customize Home page URL.

Paste your required URL for homepage.

Click OK.
